O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based the complaints given by the petitioner on 24.08.2015 and 26.08.2014 and investigate the same.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the land measuring 8.14 acres out of 8.47 acres in S.No.455, Ammanireddyhalli Village, Dharmapuri District. The petitioner states that one P.Sankar, K.Sithan, N.Saravanan and one M.Karthikeyan by executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

General Power of Attroney in favour of S.Panner Selvam and M.Kathiravan, are trying to grab the property of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 24.08.2015 and on 26.08.2015, the petitioner sent another complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Dharmapuri. Since no action was taken on the complaints given by the petitioner, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that with respect to the property, which is said to have been grabbed by Saravan and others, civil suits are pending and hence, the respondents, after conducting enquiry, closed the complaint. He has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of the Court.

4. Since the complaint has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
