C.M.P.No.2825 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.4646 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, the learned Government Advocate, appears for the first respondent and notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 18 was dispensed with vide verified petition dated 24.03.2023. 3.I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 278 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent at the time of admission.
