This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the legal heirs of second appellant to substitute themselves as appellants 5 to 10 in the Second Appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for this petition being allowed.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since there being no objection from the opposite side, I allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 05.03.2024.
