This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title the Deputy Commissioner (ST), GST Appeals, Chennai-II, PAPJM Building, Greams Road, Chennai-600 006 as the first respondent instead of the Deputy Commissioner (ST), GST Appeals, Chennai-I, PAPJM Building, Greams Road, Chennai- 600 006.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in affidavit filed in support of the petition, the amendment petition is ordered as prayer for.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition on 27.01.2025.
