This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased first respondent in the above second appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the third respondent has no serious objection to allow this petition.

3.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
