This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the third respondent in his proceedings in office order No.EsttPage No.2 of 5
1/BPK/2011-2-12 dated 25.04.2012 and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away.
3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the present writ petition is relating to appointment of the petitioner for the post of principal and subsequently, many principals have been appointed and moreover, the petitioner is also no more. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
