2. When the matter is taken up today, Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel representing the appellant would submit that the counsel who has filed the appeal has been elevated to the Bench. She would further submit that the appellant/complainant is not interested in pursuing the appeal any further and has instructed her to withdraw the appeal.
