[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 09.09.2020 made in W.P.No.12272 of 2020, directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2020 for survey and fixing four boundaries of the property of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.194 of 2021 petitioner in S.No.227/1 of Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Alleging contempt of order of this court, the petitioner has come forward with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the respondent has conducted enquiry and passed a final order.

3. Considering the fact that the the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
