Muttukadu (via), Kovalam, Kancheepuram District in accordance with law in the light of G.O. (MS) No.83, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW6(1)) Department dated 23.11.2016 on the file of the1st respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd to the 5th respondents to initiate action against the 6th respondent in respect of the old Age Home run under the name and style of Senior Citizen's Centre at No.1/180, East Coast Road, Muttukadu (via), Kovalam, Kancheepuram District in accordance with law in the light of G.O. (MS) No.83, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW6(1)) Department dated 23.11.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent based on the the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021.

2. The petitioner who has filed this writ petition was earlier a resident in the 6th respondent Centre. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent Senior Citizen Centre that the petitioner has already vacated the Centre and he is no longer there. The same is also accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that the petitioner is no longer a resident of the 6th respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the 6th respondent, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
