JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the Appellant/ Accused No.3 against the Judgment and Order of conviction passed in S.C.No.338 of 2006 by order dated 19.08.2008 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court No.IV Coimbatore at Tirupur) convicting the appellant for 7 years rigorous imprisonment and also ordered to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default six months rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 395 of IPC and the appellant/Accused No.3 prays the same may be set aside. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Appellant/Accused No.3 had been murdered on 02.04.2013 at about 8.00 p.m. In respect of the same, he has also furnished a Xerox copy of the FIR in Cr.No.295/2013 dated 02.04.2013 registered by the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur as well as the Post-mortem Certificate pertaining to the deceased appellant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
