Recording the above submissions and the memo, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, since the case in S.C.No.21 of 2011 is pending from the year 2011, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the above sessions case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report on the same before this Court.
