The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2017. 2.After some arguments, Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
