ORDER

The learned Government counsel had forwarded a report of the Tahsildar, Tambaram dated 18.03.2021 in Na.Ka.No. 5707/2021/A-1 wherein it is stated that while trying to comply with the directions of this Court, there were objections raised by the co-owner / adjacent owner of the property and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ therefore compliance could not be done. The said statement is recorded.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes and as a matter of fact, it had moved over to the Court of law by way of filing O.S.No. 206 of 2019, a suit for partition now pending before the Principal District Munsif at Chengalpattu.

3. In view of that particular adversial litigation pending, it would not be possible to comply with the directions. Let the parties agitate their issues before the Principal District Muinsif Court and get an adjudication over their respective rights over the property.
