ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said person, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 03.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.12.2014, it appears that the petitioner has taken loan from Sri Ram City Union Finance Corporation and that they are demanding more interest, despite the fact that the petitioner has paid substantial amount. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. An allegation of this nature cannot be investigated by the police, for, that does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
