JUDGMENT

This Court by its earlier order dated 03.06.2024 made it clear that if steps are not taken to serve notice on the respondents before the next hearing date, the appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for nonprosecution. Admittedly, no steps have been taken by the appellant till date to serve notice on the respondents and affidavit of service has also not been filed.

Since the appellant has not taken steps to serve the notice on the respondents, as directed by this Court by its order dated 03.06.2024, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
