2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 followed by reminder dated 09.12.2024, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
