ORDER
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty and she has also made an endorsement to the following effect:
"The appellant may be permitted to withdraw the above appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the Hon'ble Single Judge without prejudice to our claims and contentions."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as aforestated, if so advised. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
