Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner representations dated 18.10.2021 and 23.11.2021 to issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the land measuring an extent of 2.21.00 hectares (acre 5.46 cents) comprised in survey No.349/2A1B Maruthanapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider petitioner representations dated 18.10.2021 and 23.11.2021 to issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the land measuring an extent of 2.21.00 hectares (acre 5.46 cents) comprised in survey No.349/2A1B Maruthanapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard, M/s.V.R.Annagandhi, the learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioners dated 18.10.2021 and 23.11.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the land measuring an extent of 2.21.00 hectares (acre 5.46 cents) comprised in survey No.349/2A1B Maruthanapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
