The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to admit the petitioner's granddaughter viz., Vinisha in a Government Home for Girl Children in Krishnagiri or Hosur by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2017.

2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents are already taking steps to admit the petitioner's granddaughter, Vinisha in a Government Home for Girl Children either in Krishnagiri or Hosur, after getting consent from the concerned parties. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner and the girl child are interested in admitting her in a Government Home for Girl Children, the respondents are very much ready to comply with the same.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, I direct the first respondent to admit the petitioner's granddaughter viz., Vinisha in a Government Home for Girl Children either in Krishnaigir or Hosur, after getting concurrence from the petitioner and the girl child viz., Vinisha, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
