2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order damaged due to rain and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 13 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
