J U D G M E N T

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.99 of 2000 dated 28.09.2001 on the file of the Additional District Court, Tiruvannamalai, reversing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

well considered judgement and decree in O.S.No.71 of 1996 on the file of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Chengam dated 13.03.2000.

2. When the matter was listed on 10.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 20.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(23.01.2020), no representation for the appellants.

3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
