3.Considering the facts that the suit is of the year 2016, there will be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam to dispose of E.P.No.6 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
