O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to alter the F.I.R in Crime No.424 of 2018 and include the offence under Section 406, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police is already investigating the case registered in Crime No.424 of 2018 for an offence under Section 420, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC.

The respondent Police will take a decision with regard to altering the offences based on the materials collected in the course of investigation.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to continue with the investigation and to notify the appropriate offences at the time of filing of the final report, based on the materials collected in the course of investigation.
