This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of the II Additional District Judge, Puducherry, returning the interlocutory application in I.A.SR.No.14276 of 2018 in A.S.No.80 of 2018, filed for restraining the respondents from altering the physical features of the subject property and also alienating the same.

2.Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main Appeal in A.S.No.80 of 2018 itself has been dismissed by the trial Court by judgment dated 30.09.2019. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
