2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing the first respondent-Police submitted that investigation is over and charge-sheet has also been filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.835 of 2023 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
