The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2015 dated 05.01.2015 from the file of the second respondent police to the file of the first respondent CBCID for impartial investigation in accordance with law within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that they completed the enquiry in Crime No.7 of 2015 and also filed a final report. Further, action dropped and file refer charge sheet on the file on the concern Judicial Magistrate. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till today, there is no any refer charge sheet. Therefore, considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to serve refer charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition against the refer charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
