ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2, to remove the unauthorized cone-type speaker fixed by the temple in-charge in front of the temple and from the streets at Chunampet Village.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the cone-type speaker installed by the counter parties has already been removed. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
