This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28310 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 that they should appear before the respondent police daily at 06:30p.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.28310 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 that they should appear before the respondent police daily at 06:30p.m., until further orders. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police R-10 Mgr Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 78 .
