Prayer : Plaint has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of CPC and Order VI Rule I of O.S. Rules r/w Sections 55 and 64 of Copy Right Act prays for a judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants as follows :

a) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, heirs, legal representatives, subordinates, executors, assigns or any other person or persons claiming through or under then from releasing the Satellite, Audio, Video, Home TV, DVD VCD etc., and also the overseas rights of the suit film Title"RAGHAVAN"in any form or manner whatsoever.

b) to pay the cost of this suit.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff on instructions would submit that in view of the compromise decree passed in C.S. Nos.168, 683 and 691 of 2006, nothing survives for further adjudication in this suit. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
