2. This Criminal Original Petition relates to issue a direction to the respondent to call for the records in C.C.No.53 of 2008 on the file of the Special Judge (TN. PROT OF INTER. DEP.), Coimbatore and quash the same.

3. The prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 1992 AIR 604 ( State of Haryana and others Vs. CH BhajanLal and others. Further after a lapse of 10 years, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
