This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Charge Sheet filed by the first respondent in C.C.No.342 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, for the offence under Section 279 and 304A of I.P.C. in Crime No.164 of 2018. 2.After hearing some arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court is inclined to dismiss the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
