PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.M.P.No.1365 of 2018 in connection with C.C.No.366 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur, Kanchipuram and set aside the same for the purpose of a fair trial, equity and natural justice.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below, condoning the delay of ten days in filing the complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition has been ordered without giving any sufficient reasons.
3. This Court does not find any grounds to interfere with the order passed by the Court below and the Court below has merely condoned the delay of ten days in filing the complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. This order has been unnecessarily put to challenge before this Court.
4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
