ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.131 of 2014 dated 22.01.2014 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On 03.07.2015, this Court directed the learned I Additional City Civil Court Judge, Chennai, in whose Court O.S.No.13097 of 2010 is pending, to open the sealed cover received from the Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Laboratory, containing the report of the hand writing expert and send a copy of the report of the hand writing expert to this Court. In compliance with the order passed by this Court, the learned I Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai, sent a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the report of the hand writing expert, dated 28.04.2015 sent by the Deputy Director, Documents Division, Forensic Science Department, Chennai. This Court furnished a copy of the said report dated 28.04.2015 to the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and also to the learned counsel for the defacto complainant. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, when this Court was about to dismiss this quash petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
