*R2 impleaded as per order of this Court dated 07.07.2017 in MP.No.1 of 2015 in WP.No.8026 of 2014 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in respect of the order dated 20.02.2014 returning the sale deed dated 20.02.2014 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondent to accept the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey Nos.73/8A-75 cents and 73/9-10 1/2 cents totaling 85 1/2 cents situate at Pallineliyanur Village, Villupuram Taluk and register the document in accordance with the provisions of Indian Registration Act.
