This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring legal heirs of deceased 5th respondent as respondents 12 and 13 in the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 5th respondent died on 07.05.2021. Hence, to implead her legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanandam, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3, 6 and 7 appared and raised formal objections in allowing the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 5th respondent is impleaded as respondents 12 and 13 in the above Second Appeal.

5. Issue notice to proposed party/respondents 12 and 13 through court returnable by 04.08.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
