2. Mr.A.R.Sivakumar, Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Ooty, is present today, before this Court.

3. Having heard the exhaustive arguments put forth by both sides, when this Court is about to dismiss the petitions on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty, to pursue appropriate remedy after filing the final report, without prejudice to their rights. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Permission as sought for, is granted. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Original Petitions along with connected Crl.M.Ps. are dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to state that after filing of the final report, the petitioners are always at liberty to pursue their remedy in the manner known to law. Suk 28.09.2016
