ORDER

When the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2017, based on the complaint given by the second respondent/defacto complainant, was pending, the petitioners as well as the second respondent have amicably resolved the dispute between them.

2. Accordingly, the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit dated 22.09.2017 before this Court, wherein he had stated that he has no objection to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2017. The petitioners as well as the defacto complainant are present before this Court today.

3. In view of the same, the complaint in Crime No.19 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Police Station, Coimbatore, is quashed. Accordingly, Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
