O.A.Nos.19/2024 and 593 of 2023 and Appln.No.1234 of 2024 O.A.Nos.19 and 593 of 2024 and Application No.1234 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., O.A.No.19 of 2024 has been filed seeking interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent from convening the AGM on 12.01.2024 at 6.30 P.M. at No.9/23, North Madha Church Street, Rayapuram, Chennai600 013, or any other subsequent date, until the disposal of the arbitral proceedings to be initiated.

O.A.No.593 of 2023 has been filed seeking interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent from convening the AGM on 30.06.2023 at 6.30 P.M. at No.9/23, North Madha Church Street, Rayapuram, Chennai600 013, or any other subsequent date, until the disposal of the arbitral proceedings to be initiated.

3. In view of the fact that Division Bench of this Court passed an order dated 20.09.2023 constituting an Administrative Committee with Administrator appointed by this Court as Chairman along with four 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

O.A.Nos.19/2024 and 593 of 2023 and Appln.No.1234 of 2024 members to administer the Tamil Nadu Foot Ball Association, this Court is of the view that the dispute pertaining to these applications can be resolved by the said Committee. The respective learned Senior Counsel and counsel appearing for the parties are also agreed for the same.

4. Under these circumstances, these applications are closed and the dispute pertaining to these applications is referred to the Administrative Committee constituted vide order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 20.09.2023 and the said committee shall consider the dispute raised in the present original applications and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
