The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in preferring the above said appeal against the judgment dated 17.08.2023 passed in C.C.No.170 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
