This is an application for condonation of delay of 93 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

None appears for the fourth respondent though served.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 93 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
