from the date on which he completed ten years of service on consolidated pay i.e., 01.12.2014 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.111 School Education (Rr1) Department dated 09.05.2012 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to bring the petitioner into the regular time scale in the post of Office Assistant from the date on which he completed ten years of service on consolidated pay i.e., 01.12.2014 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.111 School Education (Rr1) Department dated 09.05.2012 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Office Assistant in the fourth respondent School with consolidated pay and as per G.O.Ms.No.111 2/4

School Education (Rr1) Department dated 09.05.2012, the petitioner is eligible to be placed under regular time scale of pay and hence the petitioner made representation dated 10.10.2025 to the respondents seeking to regularize his services in the post of Office Assistant in the fourth respondent School on permanent basis from the date of his initial appointment, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.
