The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.909 of 2008 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Perundurai Police Station, Erode District to the file of the second respondent viz. the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CB CID Coimbatore Unit, Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11656 of 2009 on 06.12.2019, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
