ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner based on the complaint dated 07.06.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry was conducted in CSR No.536 of 2022 and it was closed, since the petitioner did not furnish the documents as required under the circular Memorandum dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the documents are available with the petitioner and that the petitioner will be able to furnish all the documents to the respondent police. 4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 15.02.2024 at 11.30 a.m., and he shall furnish all the documents available. On receipt of the same, it is left open to the respondent police to deal with the representation in line with the proceeding of the 2/4

Director General of Police and take a decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
