K.Vijayachamundeeswari And Another v. S.Uma Maheswari And 4 Others

A.Nos.587 and 588 of 2023 in T.O.S.No.47 of 2022 N.SESHASAYEE.J., As this Court has suo motu power to withdraw the connected partition suit in O.S.No.1552 of 2021, pending on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, the plaintiffs in the suit have taken out these applications for the said purpose.

2.This Court considers that no harm in exercising its suo motu power and withdraws O.S.No.1552 of 2021 to the file of this Court to club along with this testamentary original suit.

3.In view of this, no order need to be passed in these applications and they are liable to be closed.

4.These applications are closed accordingly.
