Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.BASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The prayer in the petition is to the stay of the judgment and decree dated dated 21.10.2019 passed in A.S.No. 19 of 2018 on the file of the III-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vridhachalam. Since the suit is O.S.No. 50 of 2010 stands dismissed, there is no executable decree. Hence, the stay petition is dismissed.
