The above application is filed to direct the III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of suit O.S.No.440 of 2018 within a time frame. 1/3

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioners/plaintiffs are yet to bring on record the Legal Representatives of a deceased party. That apart, in the said suit IA.No.2 of 2022 is pending and the written statement of the 3rd defendant is yet to be filed.

4. That being the case, this Court cannot direct the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit within a time frame as it would be unworkable considering the pendency of the interlocutory application. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
