ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 04.12.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioners. Hence, the O.P., was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matter is taken up, neither the petitioners are present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioners. The D.V.C., and Crl.O.P., are of the year 2013. However, the petitioners have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not come forward to prosecute the matter. Therefore, this Crl.O.P., is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP.No.1 of 2013 is closed and interim stay granted by this court on 06.11.2013, is vacated.
