ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16191 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24022 of 2024 in Cr.No.929 of 2024 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16191 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24022 of 2024 dated 10.11.2023., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
