This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.L.L.1/70092/2010 dated 20.05.2011 passed by the first Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first Respondent herein to include the name of the Petitioner in the State Seniority List of Social Forest Watcher and Social Plot Watcher. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. 2/4

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
