ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 22.03.2013 and investigate into the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It appears that the petitioner had entered into sale agreement in respect of sale of property on 07.02.2011 and subsequently on 09.12.2011 sale deed was also executed, with the proposed accused and had received a sum of Rs.3 lakhs as advance and the balance amount has not been given by the opposite party. 4.In the case of this nature, the Police cannot interfere with the same hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted.
5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
